Privacy Policy — Bike Rush
Bike Rush is a free game with ads, made by Throttle Fox Games ("we"). This page explains what information is handled when you play.
- You play without an account. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or exact location.
- Your progress (levels, coins, bikes, settings) is saved only on your device.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google's ad software collects some device data, listed below.
- We use Google's Firebase tools to see how the game is played and to fix crashes.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information handled by services inside the game
We do not run servers that store your personal data. The services below, provided by Google, collect data directly from the game:

2. Ads and your choices
- Consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other places where the law requires it, the game asks for your choice about personalised ads the first time you open it. You can change that choice at any time from Settings → Privacy inside the game.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Without it, ads are not personalised with that ID.
- Rewarded ads (double rewards, free coins) play only when you choose to watch them.
3. Data saved on your device
Your game progress and settings are stored on your device only; we have no copy. Clearing the game's data or uninstalling the game deletes them.
4. Permissions
The game uses internet access (to load ads), the advertising ID permission (for ads), and vibration (for effects in the game). It does not ask for your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. The data described above is processed by Google as a service provider and advertising partner. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
6. Keeping and deleting data
Data handled by AdMob and Firebase is kept by Google under its own retention rules (Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days; Analytics keeps user-level data for up to 14 months). Because we have no accounts, we cannot look you up by name. To ask about data linked to your device, or to request its deletion, email us at dashawnjessiei14865@gmail.com.
7. Children
Bike Rush is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
8. Security
Data sent by the services above travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights; you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.

سياسة الخصوصية — Bike Rush
Bike Rush لعبة مجانية فيها إعلانات، من تطوير Throttle Fox Games («نحن»). توضّح هذه الصفحة ما يحدث لمعلوماتك عندما تلعب.
- تلعب بلا حساب. لا نطلب اسمك ولا بريدك ولا رقم هاتفك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا موقعك الدقيق.
- تقدّمك (المراحل، العملات، الدراجات، الإعدادات) يُحفظ على جهازك فقط.
- تعرض اللعبة إعلانات من Google AdMob. ولعرض الإعلانات وقياسها تجمع برمجيات إعلانات Google بعض بيانات الجهاز المذكورة أدناه.
- نستخدم أدوات Firebase من Google لمعرفة كيف تُلعب اللعبة ولإصلاح الأعطال.
- لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية.
1. المعلومات التي تعالجها الخدمات داخل اللعبة
لا نشغّل خوادم تخزّن بياناتك الشخصية. الخدمات التالية من Google تجمع البيانات مباشرة من اللعبة:

2. الإعلانات واختياراتك
- الموافقة. في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا وغيرها من الأماكن التي يشترط قانونها ذلك، تسألك اللعبة عند أول تشغيل عن اختيارك في الإعلانات المخصّصة. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية داخل اللعبة.
- معرّف الإعلانات. يمكنك إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات هاتفك (الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات، أو الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← الإعلانات). بدونه لا تُخصَّص الإعلانات بهذا المعرّف.
- إعلانات المكافأة (مضاعفة الجائزة، العملات المجانية) لا تُعرض إلا إذا اخترت مشاهدتها.
3. البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك
تقدّمك في اللعبة وإعداداتك محفوظة على جهازك فقط، ولا نملك نسخة منها. مسح بيانات اللعبة أو إزالتها يحذفها.
4. الأذونات
تستخدم اللعبة الاتصال بالإنترنت (لتحميل الإعلانات)، وإذن معرّف الإعلانات (للإعلانات)، والاهتزاز (لمؤثرات اللعبة). لا تطلب موقعك ولا الكاميرا ولا الميكروفون ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الملفات.
5. المشاركة
لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها. البيانات المذكورة أعلاه تعالجها Google بصفتها مزوّد خدمة وشريكاً إعلانياً. وقد نفصح عن معلومات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
البيانات التي يعالجها AdMob وFirebase تحتفظ بها Google وفق قواعدها (Crashlytics يحتفظ بتقارير الأعطال 90 يوماً، وAnalytics يحتفظ ببيانات المستخدم حتى 14 شهراً). ولأن اللعبة بلا حسابات فلا يمكننا البحث عنك بالاسم. للاستفسار عن البيانات المرتبطة بجهازك أو لطلب حذفها راسلنا على dashawnjessiei14865@gmail.com.
7. الأطفال
Bike Rush غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً (أو دون سنّ الموافقة الرقمية في بلدك)، ولا نجمع عن علم معلومات شخصية منهم. إن ظننت أن طفلاً قدّم معلومات شخصية فراسلنا وسنساعد في إزالتها.
8. الأمان
البيانات التي ترسلها الخدمات المذكورة تنتقل عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS).
9. حقوقك
بحسب مكان إقامتك (مثلاً وفق اللائحة الأوروبية GDPR أو قانون خصوصية المستهلك في كاليفورنيا) قد يحقّ لك الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على استخدامها، وسحب موافقتك. راسلنا لممارسة هذه الحقوق، ويمكنك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات في بلدك.
10. التغييرات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة فستظهر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة بتاريخ جديد.
